I am willing to draw:
Original Characters (Including OCs from D&D, WoW, Etc...)
Humans, humanoids, all species of anthros (any non-humanoid characters can be discussed and priced according to details)
Tasteful nudity (if a NSFW/Sexual image is desired, it will have to be thoroughly discussed before hand)
I am hesitant to draw:
Some sexual/adult/NSFW/fetish images (if a NSFW/Sexual image is desired, it will have to be thoroughly discussed before hand)
Machine and robotic characters (If a machine/robot design is desired, it will need to be discussed before hand and the commissioner will need to provide plenty of reference images to ensure that I can accurately recreate your character.
I will NOT accept commissions involving the following subjects. Please don't insist!
Extreme sexual/adult/NSFW/fetish images (if a NSFW/Sexual image is desired, it will have to be thoroughly discussed before hand)
Anything offensive/hateful (racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc...)
Vehicles, detailed machines, mecha

Payments & Transactions
All Payments should be made in USD.
All payments should be made through PayPal, via invoice. I, Kylee West, the artist, will invoice you. Do not send me any payment, it will be refunded.
Payment is due in full up front for any commission at or below $100.
For commissions above $100, a payment plan is available: half (50%) payment before starting (this pays for sketching and making alterations) and the remaining half before completion.
In case of cancellation by the customer, a full refund will be issued if no work has been done yet. If work has been already done, a partial refund will be issued with amount equal to the total price paid minus work done, defined by the artist's (RavenSylphe, Kylee West) discretion and based on the price sheet above.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve all rights to the image (not the character(s) in the picture). The commissioner cannot claim that they made the artwork, but the character fully belongs to them and I will always credit them.
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
You may NOT use or alter any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: selling prints of my artwork, using my artwork on any merchandise you're selling, using my artwork as a business logo, etc.
If you wish to commission me for commercial work, my pricing and terms will differ from those of a standard commission.
Commissioning me implies that you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.
Nothing made by Kylee West, RavenSylphe, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Nor can it be used for anything AI Generated.
